Definitions
CAD Data: This is the electronic file that was used to design your Circuit Board. (Note: It takes 4 – 5 times as long to program a Pick and Place without this data) Gerber Data: This is the electronic data the PC Board manufacturer uses to construct the PC board. It contains a list of all the layers, an Aperture list and a Drill Rack. Bill of Materials – can be provided in Text or Excel format. BOM listing which includes Reference Locations and component sizes is strongly recommended. Providing of Data: The data can be provided by either disk, e-mail or fax. See our Contact Us page for information. Best Manufacturing practices will be used to build both prototype and production runs.
